Sławomir Majchrowski

Education

Sławomir Majchrowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. In 1997–1998, he also completed postgraduate studies in Marketing and Management at the Wrocław University of Economics, followed by postgraduate studies in Financial Analysis in 2012–2013. He completed a management program at ICAN Institute (2008–2009) and a Competitive Strategy course at INSEAD (2012).

Experience

From 1997 to 2006, he worked at Polifarb Cieszyn Wrocław S.A., where he held various positions, including Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and Member of the Management Board.

From 2006 to 2019, he was associated with PPG, a global manufacturer of paints and coatings. He held roles related to the commercial operations of PPG Deco Polska, a leader in the decorative paints industry in Poland. From 2008 to 2013, he served as a Member of the Management Board and Marketing Director. In 2013, he was appointed President of the Management Board of PPG Deco Polska, a position he held until leaving the company at the end of 2019.

In 2017, he additionally became Regional Marketing Director for Central Europe at PPG and a Member of the Regional Executive Committee, taking responsibility for marketing and product strategy across those markets. At the same time, he held the positions of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Chemia Lublin and Polifarb Gliwice.

Since the beginning of 2020, he has been employed at the company as Director of the Interior & Decoration Division, responsible for the division’s strategy and achievement of business goals in the area of solutions for end users across all Selena markets.

On November 30, 2020, by resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the company’s Management Board as Vice President for Commercial Affairs, effective January 1, 2021. On May 27, 2021, he was reappointed to this position for a new term by resolution of the Supervisory Board.

On June 30, 2023, by resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed President of the Management Board effective July 1, 2023. On May 27, 2025, he was reappointed to a new term in the same role by resolution of the Supervisory Board.
