Paweł Wyrzykowski
Education
Paweł Wyrzykowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
Experience
From 1992 to 1998, he worked for the Creditanstalt Bank Group in Vienna and Warsaw. Between 1998 and 2011, he continued his professional career with Pfleiderer AG Group—a leading global manufacturer of engineered wood products and flooring materials for the furniture industry—initially as CFO, and from 2003 as President of the Management Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. From 2009 to 2011, he also served as a Member of the Management Board of Pfleiderer AG in Neumarkt, Germany.
From 2012 to 2019, he was President of the Management Board of Seco/Warwick S.A., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of furnaces for thermo-chemical metal treatment.
Since 2019, he has worked as an independent economic advisor.
He has also served on the supervisory boards of several companies, including Rockwool Polska (2002–2011), Pergo AB in Sweden (2009–2012), Uniboard Canada (2009–2012), Pergo LLC USA (2009–2012), and Amica S.A. (since 2013).
On May 27, 2021, by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company. He was reappointed for another term by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 27, 2025.
