Krzysztof Rewers

Education

Krzysztof Rewers is a graduate of the Faculty of National Economy at the Wrocław University of Economics, with a degree in Finance and Banking. Since 2011, he has held the professional qualifications of a statutory auditor and is registered with the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. He is also a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Experience

From 2006 to 2014, he worked in the audit department at PwC, where, among other roles, he served as a manager, responsible for auditing the financial statements of a wide range of public and private companies across various sectors.

From 2014 to 2018, he was associated with the Work Service S.A. capital group. He held roles including CFO and Vice President of the Management Board, responsible for the Group’s financial aspects, including reporting and securing external financing.

He played a key role in the company’s investor relations and participated in numerous M&A transactions.

From 2019 to 2025, he served as Director of the Reporting Department at Santander Bank Polska S.A., managing a team of financial reporting experts. Working closely with the Bank’s Management and Supervisory Boards, he was responsible for both the Group’s stock exchange reporting and regulatory reporting (to NBP, BFG, KNF), as well as shareholder reporting.

Since 2025, he has held the position of CFO and Management Board Member at Hicron Sp. z o.o. (a provider of SAP and other IT solutions). He is responsible not only for the company’s financial areas but also for other business support teams (including legal, HR, and IT), as well as overseeing subsidiary companies on behalf of the owners.

On May 27, 2025, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A. by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
