Andrzej Krämer
Education
Andrzej Krämer is a graduate of the Faculty of Sanitary Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and a senior manager with thirty years of experience in sales, operations and general management, covering a wide range of markets in the heating and sanitary industry.
Experience
He started his professional career in 1989 with his own hydraulic services company. In 1991, he started working at Danfoss.
He was Sales Director at Danfoss in Poland, then he worked as a Managing Director at Danfoss Plumbing Controls in Sweden, from where he moved to Denmark, where he was the Regional Director and then the Vice-President of Danfoss A/S Hydronic Balancing. While in Denmark, he moved to Danfoss A/S, Residential Heating, where he was the Vice-President. From 2017 to 2018, he was the CEO of Marmite Sp. z o. o., a leading European manufacturer of basins, shower trays and bathtubs made of Mineral Composite material.
Since September 1, 2018, he has been the Sales Director as CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) at Logstor A/S a company based in Denmark and a developer of pioneering solutions in the field of remote heating. The company creates energy-efficient and sustainable systems, both for the transport of liquids and gases for heating and remote cooling and the transmission sector, as well as for the oil and gas industry. On 19 June 2012, he was appointed to the Company’s Supervisory Board. and from 28 February 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
On 19 June 2012, by way of a resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company.
On 29 May 2015, by way of a resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company for another term of office.
On 14 June 2018, by way of a resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company for another term of office.
On 28 February 2018, by way of a resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
On 27 May 2021, by way of a resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company for new term of office.
