Andrzej Krämer
Education
Andrzej Krämer is a graduate of the Faculty of Sanitary Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and a senior manager with thirty years of experience in sales, operations and general management, covering a wide range of markets in the heating and sanitary industry.
Experience
He started his professional career at Danfoss, beginning as Sales Director at Danfoss Poland and later becoming Vice President at Danfoss A/S, Residential Heating. From 2017 to 2018, he served as CEO of Marmite Sp. z o.o., a leading European manufacturer of washbasins, shower trays, and bathtubs made from Mineral Composite material.
Since September 1, 2018, he has held the position of Sales Director as CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) at Logstor A/S, based in Denmark, a company known for pioneering solutions in the field of district heating. The company creates energy-efficient and sustainable systems for transporting liquids and gases for heating and cooling, both for the district energy sector and the oil and gas industry. Since June 2024, he has served as Managing Director at Logstor (Kingspan Group).
On June 19, 2012, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A. by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. He was reappointed to the Supervisory Board of the company on May 29, 2015, June 14, 2018, and May 27, 2021, through resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. On February 28, 2019, by resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and on May 27, 2021, he was again appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
