Aleksander Solski
Education
Aleksander Solski is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand (France) and of Finance and Banking at the Cracow University of Economics. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants® (CIMA), an international organization uniting professionals in the field of management accounting. He holds the professional qualification of CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).
Experience
For over 20 years, he was associated with the international corporation Unilever (FMCG sector), advancing within the company to the position of Vice President Finance for Eastern Europe, covering 20 markets. Earlier in his career at Unilever, he held various roles in the finance department, including Finance Director in Poland as well as in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He also worked for over three years at the company’s headquarters in London, in the group financial reporting department. Beyond the FMCG sector, Aleksander Solski also gained experience in the automotive industry, working in France for Valeo and for the Valeo–Plastic Omnium joint venture.
On July 15, 2025, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Management Board of the company as Member of the Management Board for Finance (Chief Financial Officer) as of 1 September 2025.
