Wykształcenie

Marek Rościszewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the Silesian University of Technology. In 2002-2003 he also completed postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing in an Enterprise at the Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology and in 2021-2022 Executive MBA studies at the Cracow University of Technology. In 2008-2009 he completed a project management program organized by George Washington University and the ICIS Petrochemical Academy in 2014.

Doświadczenie

In 1999-2007 he worked at Avantor (formerly: POCh), as a production division master, marketing specialist and Business Development Manager responsible for the product portfolio for the pharmaceutical, food, automotive and other industries. In 2007-2016 at Synthos Dwory as production director and then plant director, he participated in the restructuring of the plants in Oświęcim and the construction of new installations, including a solvent rubber production line worth over PLN 500 million. In 2016-2021, COO of Synthos SA, responsible for managing the operational part of the company – production, S&OP process, investments and technical purchases in 7 plants located in Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and France. In 2021-2022, President of the Management Board of Chemont, from 2022 Plant Manager at CIECH Soda Polska S.A. (currently: Qemetica), from February 2023 in the Management Board of the company.

On February 28, 2025, by a resolution of the Supervisory Board of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Management Board of the company as Member of the Management Board for Operation (Chief Operation Officer) as of 1 March 2025.
