Selena Group’s holding company has been awarded in the Best Managed Companies Poland program for another year in a row. This is the second edition of the Deloitte project, which recognizes excellence in privately held companies in Poland.
The modern world has to cope with numerous challenges, including effects of the global pandemic, economic crisis and the difficult geopolitical situation. Running a business in such an environment requires strong competences to be able to reach the set goals and develop the organization further. It is for the second time that Selena FM has found itself among the companies recognized by experts of the advisory services firm Deloitte for the effectiveness and flexibility of its management team. Launched in 2022, Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies Poland awards program evaluates companies in terms of such management areas as: strategy, innovation, corporate culture and financial performance.

Best Managed Companies is a marquee awards program established by Deloitte Private in Canada in 1993. It is currently held in several tens of countries. June 2023 saw the final phase of its second Polish edition. Its participating companies undergo a thorough verification process. Their competences, processes and strategy are scrutinized in relation to the best management practices used at private companies around the globe. In addition, participants take part in special management workshops and have the opportunity to exchange experiences with a wide group of business leaders.
Selena FM was again recognized in the Best Managed Companies Poland program. This is testament to the company’s stable growth under strong management. In 2023, Selena FM was at the top of Polityka Insight’s “National Champions” ranking, which looks at the importance of family businesses to the Polish economy. In turn, in 2022 Selena Group was awarded in the Polish Economy Crystal competition in the “Responsible Business” category, notably for its efforts to promote sustainable construction and mitigate climate change.
