For the third consecutive year, the Selena Group has successfully completed the rigorous recertification process, earning a place among the select winners of the Best Managed Companies Poland 2025 program organized by Deloitte Consulting. This achievement confirms the high quality of Selena’s management and its stable position as a leader in Poland’s construction industry.
The Best Managed Companies program evaluates private companies based on four key management areas: strategy, innovation, organizational culture, and financial performance. This evaluation requires transparency of processes and effective operations within a complex, dynamic market environment.

“We are proud to once again be among the best-managed private companies in Poland. It is a great honor, but also confirmation that our management structure and business objectives are appropriate and effective,” said Monika Szczot, Selena Group’s acting financial director, who received the recertification diploma on behalf of the company at the award ceremony on June 12. Despite unfavorable micro- and macroeconomic factors, the Selena Group is sticking to its course. We believe that responsible, flexible, and value-based management is the foundation of long-term success. This award only confirms our belief,” emphasizes Monika Szczot.

In recent months, the Selena Group has proven that it can adapt to change and effectively build its market position. This is confirmed by the good financial results achieved last year and the solid start to 2025. Despite challenges resulting from cost pressures, an unstable geopolitical situation, and investment restrictions in the construction sector, the company is maintaining a stable course.

For many years, Selena Group products have been trusted by professional construction contractors and business partners in over 100 countries worldwide. The company consistently supports modern construction by investing in technologies that promote energy efficiency, reduce construction time, and facilitate construction work.
Deloitte launched the Best Managed Companies program in Canada in 1993, and it is now run in several dozen countries. In Poland, it has gained recognition as one of the most important awards for private companies, emphasizing organizational maturity, the ability to build competitive advantage, and effective leadership. Krzysztof Domarecki, founder and main shareholder of the Selena Group, is on the jury that evaluates Polish business entities that achieve excellent results by following the best management standards.
