The Selena Group, a global leader in construction chemicals, is finalizing the acquisition of ACDIS France, a renowned distributor of construction materials. Thanks to this investment, the Selena Group gains access to local, experienced commercial and operational structures, thereby strengthening its position on the French market, which is extremely important to it and remains one of the key areas of the company’s expansion in Western Europe.
Under the agreement, the Selena Group intends to acquire 100% of the shares in ACDIS France , a French distribution company that has specialized for 60 years in supplying high-quality materials for the construction industry, particularly sealants and adhesives for the carpentry and refrigeration sectors, sold mainly under the ACO brand. The products offered by ACDIS France are distributed mainly through the company’s sales representatives.
ACDIS France is a proven business partner, valued by local professional contractors for its exceptional level of service, product availability, and high standards of technical support.

ACDIS France is headquartered in Toulon, in the south of France. The transaction is expected to be finalized in January 2026.
