In the fourth episode of the video podcast “Selena Experience. Building the Future” we talk to Iwona Koptewicz, Global Indirect Procurement & Operational Excellence Director at Selena Group.

Iwona Koptewicz

Global Indirect Procurement & Operational Excellence Director. She obtained a degree in engineering and industrial economics from the Wrocław University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in foreign trade. She also completed the Executive MBA program accredited by AMBA as a joint program of the Helsinki School of Economics and the Poznań School of Banking.

At Selena, she is responsible for the strategy of purchasing key materials and services ensuring optimal operations of individual Selena Group units. Since 2017, she has represented Selena on the Construction TWG team from FEICA, a multinational association representing the European adhesive and sealant industry.

Beyond her professional work, she is actively engaged in social activities. She is Vice President and Program Director of Soroptimist International Wratislavia Club for the 2023–2024 term. In addition, for many years now, she has been supporting several foundations that are particularly close to her heart: Between Heaven and Earth Foundation, Dignum Foundation and the Little Brothers of the Poor Association.
