The company has obtained consent from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), meaning that the condition precedent set out in the agreement between Selena Industrial Technologies sp. z o.o. and its transaction partners at the beginning of June has been met.This is the final stage of a process that will see the Selena Group take control of companies with a long-standing tradition and wealth of experience in providing the construction industry with a comprehensive range of waterproofing and sealing products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
