{"id":18609,"date":"2023-03-08T09:10:18","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T08:10:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/selena.com\/?post_type=business-card&#038;p=18609"},"modified":"2025-06-02T11:20:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-02T09:20:00","slug":"andrzej-kramer","status":"publish","type":"business-card","link":"https:\/\/selena.com\/en\/business-card\/andrzej-kramer\/","title":{"rendered":"Andrzej Kr\u00e4mer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-education\">Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrzej Kr\u00e4mer is a graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and a senior-level executive with thirty years of experience in sales, operations, and general management, covering a broad range of markets in the heating and sanitary industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experience\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>He began his professional career at Danfoss, starting as Sales Director at Danfoss Poland and eventually serving as President of the Heating Division at Danfoss A\/S. From 2017 to 2018, he held the position of CEO at Marmite Sp. z o.o., a leading European manufacturer of washbasins, shower trays, and bathtubs made from Mineral Composite material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting September 1, 2018, he served as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Logstor A\/S, headquartered in Denmark\u2014a company known for pioneering solutions in the field of district heating. The company develops energy-efficient and sustainable systems for transporting liquids and gases, serving both the district heating and cooling sector and the transmission, oil, and gas industries. Since June 2024, he has held the position of Managing Director at Logstor (Kingspan Group).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On June 19, 2012, by resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company. He was subsequently reappointed for successive terms by resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A. on May 29, 2015, June 14, 2018, May 27, 2021, and May 27, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On February 28, 2019, by resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A., he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and he was reappointed to this role by resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Selena FM S.A. on May 27, 2021, and May 27, 2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A graduate of the Faculty of Sanitary Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and a senior manager with long-term experience in sales, operations and general management, covering a wide range of markets in the heating and sanitary industry.
